Construction: I made this for a cosplay I did with Ritsuko and Plude, Kaa-san, and two of their friends, Nick and Erik. We participated in Fanime's Der Cosplay as the Kamikaze Crossplayers.

I got a halloween vampire cape with the stand up collar, it had red lining that I ripped out. I had to sew an extra foot or so onto the cape becaus it wasn't quite long enough. I hate hand sewing. I sewed (with a sewing machine! yay!) a white cross onto a black zip up jacket. The neck ruffle, I used fabric I had left over from the cross. I sewed a long rectangle, then I stuffed it with ballet tutu material. It was large so I sewed it in half, It was still large, so I sewed it about 1/4 smaller. It's still big, but I was running out of time. I was planning to wear it the next day, so I went ahead and sewed half of it to the jacket collar, and the other half i attach with a saftey pin in the back to I can get in and out of the jacket. I used some black velvet pants I had lying around from band concerts for his pants. I went to the thrift store and found dark maroon wig tips. For his bondage ribbon strap things, I tried to use wired ribbon. Apparantly, if your peice of ribbon is longer than about... Oh, 2 inches, the wire is too thin to support it. So, I had to improvise. I took much heavier wire, and put black duct tape on it. Then I duct taped and sewed the ribbons to the coat, and cut holes in the cape for them to hang out of. Worked okay, Want to improve it for next Time I wear. Ribbons need more support, and the neck ruffle just needs so much work. Stupid ruffle. Hate you too.

Wig I got from Amphigory.com, a black "pixel" colored wig in the femme fetale style, and then i styled noin's bangs into it. Yay.
