Construction: I bought a black long sleeve leotard. I have finished the belt. First I bought some of those Wal*mart store brand "home made button cover" kits and fabric and made the gem part of the belt with those, and then I took 6mm foam, cut out circles, covered it in gold fabric, and then glued the 'gems' to it. I did this for the cloak clasp and the hand things too. I then took an old chain belt I already owned, and glued the things to it, and covered the parts between the gems with more gold fabric. The cloak was a pain in the ass, it's a large peice of fabric with a small peice hot-glued to the top of it, and the corners are safety-pinned. This cosplay is very close to Ghetto cosplay. There is no sewing here at all. Everything is attached with hot glue.
